Juliet Franklin

Juliet has been a Family Law Solicitor for over 25 years. Working initially on the South Coast she then worked in London and more recently in Tunbridge Wells.  It was there that she qualified as a Family Law Mediator in 2012.

Having spent the first part of her career dealing with Family Law cases through the Courts, Juliet was keen to explore an alternative option to litigation that could be more cost effective, time efficient and emotionally healing.   Juliet did her Mediation training through Resolution  who share that ethos.  She is fully accredited by the Law Society.

Juliet’s depth of experience throughout her career means she brings a raft of knowledge and understanding to her role as a Family Law Mediator.  This, and her practical and down to earth approach, make an ideal combination for successful mediation.
 
The mediation process deals with the anxiety and uncertainty of separation constructively and sensitively, empowering both people to reach agreement with confidence.  Juliet’s enthusiasm for helping couples in this way has led her to set up Franklin Mediation, which she runs with that ideology.  Juliet also continues to practice as a Consultant Family Law Solicitor, thereby maintaining a full working  and up to date knowledge of Family Law.
